They say in order to find yourself you have to go home.
What if home was what you were running from?
Where did that leave you?
Always on the other side of the fence.
Always looking in.
Always wishing you were someone you couldn't be.
Until one day you meet her.
The one.
She was my high, but she was also...

My demise.

This is a definite must read. Unfortunately, it ended in a cliffhanger but not the kind where you feel cheated. I really enjoyed this book!!! The push & pull of emotions was poetic & heartbreaking at the same time I feel in love with these characters. They were real & raw! I could easily see this as a movie.

The likelihood of anything happening like this verbatim is zero!! The uncle got old fast and annoying! The girl was weak. The guy was an airhead. The was the chapters were divided was dumb and didn’t make sense. All in all this book was a disaster and sucked so bad!
  • typical

but accurate as far as the descriptions of what it’s like living with an addict.

  • Too much

I’m a quarter of the way through the book and the main characters still haven’t even met each other yet. There is too much background about the characters without much of a reason being shown so far. If you’re the kind of person that needs the story to start really fast to get into the book then don’t read this one.

I’m lost to words that describe this book! I can honestly say that this was the best and not book that I have EVER read that I didn’t want to get to the last page! WOW is the best to describe this book.... I couldn’t lay it down not even to sleep or work or ANYTHING because it was so addicting from page one to the last page ( which I never wanted to get too) M Robinson I have ready thousands of books but this one I have to say captured my heart and soul the way NO OTHER EVER HAS!!!! It makes you search your soul and be aware that life isn’t perfect but that we have to deal with it the best we can day by day. It was such an eye opener for me that I have to honestly say it’s made me think of my life choices and be glad that I wake up everyday! I think EVERY PERSON should read this book because believe me you were meant to write and it’s your God given gift! PLEASE know that I rate this book 1-10 ( A 100....) Can’t wait to read more of your books. Best writing hopes and dreams to you because you gave then to Austin and Daisy... I hope her uncle survive’s I’m getting the book as soon as I finish this review!!!! Sincerely, Teresa North

I got to the the fifth chapter and had to stop reading. Way too sad and dark for me. Definitely NOT light reading. Maybe I’ll go back and finish reading it another day ... but probably not.

I thought the other books in this series were everything a reader could want out of a book, but this one is just WOW. This book has a ring of truth to it that pulls the reader right into the story and makes you feel as though you are an eavesdropper watching life unfold before you.
  • Worth the read

Wow! That's where I'm at with this book! It was so intense. I was living in the book. I felt all the emotions and pictured all the scenes. I was crying and laughing and gasping. I was an emotional hot mess! M Robinson brings you into the story and makes it all come alive. This was the first book I've read by this author but definitely not the last!
